You’d be joining our web development team, which keeps things small but mighty: we play games together daily, we care deeply about building great sites, and we genuinely enjoy collaborating. What You’ll Do:
- Develop new WordPress sites from concept to launch
- Complete edits and updates on WordPress-based websites
- Analyze web traffic trends and create client-ready reports
- Partner with our creative, account, and development team members to bring client visions to life
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong HTML and CSS skills
- Experience with WordPress (or eagerness to dive in)
- An eye for detail and quality
- Self-motivated team player who communicates well
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with web accessibility (WCAG/ADA) and user experience principles
- Experience with other CMS platforms
- PHP and Javascript
- Knowledge of web analytics tools
- Skills in creating client-facing materials
- Design sense (even if it’s not your primary role)

- Hybrid role: In-office Monday–Thursday, work from home Friday
- Full-time or part-time employee position
- Compensation based on experience
